I had an absolutely amazing Birthday, got totally spoilt by Paul and everyone else, I'm extremely lucky!

Those of you who know me know my obsession with fairies, in particular Tinkerbell; well, I've got a limited edition 1950's gorgeous Tinkerbell figurine originally made in China but got sent over to America, and Paul got it shipped over to England!!!

I also got James Morisson CD - amazing. I didn't know him, but he used to sing in the place where I've sung on occasion, which is where he was discovered by the same man who's shown an interest in my singing! Which is cool. Those who knew him when he was in Derby said they're not suprised he became a star - he had it all. So congrats James!

Got some nice undies, my fave tipple, a key holder thing coz I'm forever losing my keys, my fave perfume, and got suprised with Champagne and candles an hour into my bday! Was lovely. Also got money off my family and got a few other little pressies!

Went for a meal to Damon's - had lobster! Lovely. Followed by cocktails and more champers... Mmmnn...

Anyway, that's all for now. Still waiting to hear about my job - I've gone for Assistant Manager at my new workplace... it's just a waiting game now! I've decided not to go back to uni for a year - think the time out will sort out my priorities and give me chance to get totally better.

1) I've got dyspraxia which makes me very clumsy and disorganised

Having trouble sleeping at the mo hence the late night... was "dissertationning" all of last night so havent slept in almost 48 hours! Have survived though...... Strangely am more awake than i was 24 hours ago! Least the hangover's gone. Not sure if i'll be able to sleep comfortably with my "cuts and bruises"... still in pain... for those who don't know, whilst "dissertationing" last night, my chair collapsed....................!! Didn't know whether to laugh or cry - was damned funny, but did it hurt??! And there's the whole pride thing. I wouldn't say i was fat...... To be fair, it was a stoopid chair. It's meant changing my room around so my bed's by my desk, as the halls people'll no doubtably take forever to replace it....!

My new years resolution: i will NOT be leaving my work til the last min again...!! God, i've said that since i was a little kid... And i'll be turning up to uni a lot more - so syxx, watch out!!!
Also need to do some more art for my own enjoyment, and to post on here. All seems to be for uni, or i find old work to put up here.

Should really get some sleep - it'll be a crazy, more than likely yet another sleepless night tomorrow night too - oh, brooksymoose, if u read this, i'm off to see dave and jon up in manchester tomorrow - or should i say today? - can't wait!! Should be a laugh. It's jon's birthday, hopefully he'll be in a state to drink this year unlike on his 21st last year - knew i shoud've gone up the day before....
